Notes:

Balt’Amour has a fantastic jump with beautiful bascule, is very athletic, has hack winning movement, a great personality, is easily trainable, quiet and comfortable to ride. Virtually no prep for the ring needed. His first foal won at Devon in the yearling colt division so he passes on his good looks.
The only Hunter Stallion to pass the NA 70-Day stallion test with high scores in all phases of Jumping and Dressage. He got 9.5’s and 10’s for Character, Rideability, Constitution, etc. Approved for BWP/NAD Belgian Warmblood, RPSI, and Oldenburg NA.

Balt’Amour’s bloodlines are impeccable. His dam Papillon (premium Holsteiner) is by Ariadus (54 bonits & premium) who is #3 in the USEF Jumper Sires list. Ariadus is sired by Acord II, performance test winner, scoring 10 for showjumping, and 9.67 for rideability, overall score 146.04 (138.26 in dressage and 148.47 in jumping). Ariadus is out of a 48-bonit States Premium mare line bred to Ladykiller and includes two legendary mares. Folia, the dam of the Holsteiner legend Capitol, and Heureka Z, the foundation broodmare of the Zangersheide stud.

Papillon’s dam, grand dam and great-grand dam are all premium or elite mares. Her dam, our own La Laureate, (46 bonits), is by Cheenook (Caretino- Ramiro Z). Cheenook has progeny in both the jumping and dressage, had a jumping index of 157, was the #1 USEF Leading Hunter Sire in 2008 and the #2 Leading Hunter Sire in 2007.

Papillon’s grand-dam, Lilly, was Champion at Dressage at Devon two years in a row and her great-grand-dam, Libella V, the imported foundation mare of US Olympic Dressage rider Hilda Gurney’s breeding program. Libella V is the mother of her Grand Prix mounts Lavinia and Leonidas and the dam of her current FEI competitor, Luminence.

LOT 3: BALTA CZAR

2014 USEF #4 Leading Hunter Breeding Sire. Successful sire of Hunters and Jumpers

  • Reserve met - Will sell at or above the next bid.
  • LOT IS CLOSED

  • Type/Breed: Oldenburg
  • Size: 16.2
  • Papers: Yes
  • Registry: Oldenburg

Notes:

Balta'Czar is a modern-typed, well rounded stallion that has been successful in the hunter, dressage and jumper rings. He currently has champion offspring competing in hunter rings at many A circuit venues, as well as successful eventers and even a grand prix jumper.

For 2014 Balta'Czar stands 4th in the nation on the USEF hunter breeding sires ranking and leads Young Horse Show series sire ranking for 4 years in a row. Balta’Czar sired the USEF 2014 reserve HOTY, the 2 yo Impre’Czario.

Balta'Czar’s dam Jete', decending from a strong Holsteiner line, has produced 3 approved sons. This legend of a mare is by the Calypso II son, Columbus. Cor de la Bryere, famous for revolutionizing the Holsteiner breed, appears twice (3SX 3D) in her pedigree.

Balta'Czars bombproof disposition makes him an ideal stallion to subdue hot or temperamental mares. His superior jumping form (in 2004 BC was the highest scoring stallion on the BWP tour) makes him an excellent choice to improve jumping style and technique for the hunter/jumper ring.

Balta'Czar can always be counted on to improve the mare to which he is bred. In the breeding world, there are very few Improvement Sires; Balta'Czar is one of them.

Notes:

Perfect conformation, hack winning movement and the most beautiful form over fences you'll ever see. Comfortable and easy to ride, quiet, never looks at any jumps. An exceptional athlete!

The first approved son of the phenomenal Balou du Rouet born and raised in the USA. The Argentinus on the mare’s side gives him a quiet intelligence that will produce both hunters and jumpers. Argentinus is one of only two stallions in the world to consistently produce International level horses in both Jumping and Dressage.

Approved Oldenburg GOV, Belgian Warmblood (BWP) and RPSI with very high scores. At the BWP inspection he tied for the highest jumping score on the tour (out of 18 stallions)!!! RPSI gave him a 9 for jumping and 8's & 9's for everything else. GOV 8.5 for jumping and called his gaits "lofty with great use of shoulder".

Two spectacular filly foals now on the ground in 2010! One has her father’s big movement and the other has jumped over a four foot pasture fence and jumps in the riding ring all on her own! Both are exceptional. One has four stockings and a blaze!

The Oldenburg GOV and BWP Stallion Approval videos are up on our website! Also there is a video of his first foal, L'Avenir M on the website under "Born in 2010.  www.MarabetFarm.com

In training with former British Equestrian Team member John Brown, Bliss MF has gone to his first show and come away with some blue ribbons! He is being shown in the jumpers now and the plan is to also do the Hunters at both WEF and HITS Ocala. Bliss was Reserve Champion at the 2012 70 Day Test and was the sire to Second Place High Score Filly on the BWP/NAD 2012 Keuring Tour "Make My Day" with an impressive score of 87.

LOT 7: CAPONE I - ELITE

1996 Bay Stallion Holsteiner (Contender x Winja) Donated by Corinne Super No Limit Farm.

Winner of the $125,000 CN Performance World Cup at Spruce Meadows.

  • CURRENT BID: $2,000.00
  • SOLD
  • LOT IS CLOSED

Record: Winner of the $125,000 CN Performance World Cup at Spruce Meadows.

  • Type/Breed: Holsteiner
  • Size: 16.1
  • Papers: No

Notes:

Capones pedigree represents the pinnacle of jumping bloodlines in the Holsteiner breed, which is itself the preeminent breed globally in the production of International-level showjumpers.

Capone 1 was approved for breeding in Germany.

He is by the international superstar jumper sire Contender. While Contender hardly needs introduction, it is worth remembering how he became so famous, namely his reputation for production of both outstanding sporthorses and breeding mares, as well as most notably his production of stunning stallion sons the world around. Contenders approved sons in the Holsteiner registry alone number well into the double-digits, and he is used by nearly every warmblood breed in Europe as an important improvement sire.

Not only himself a successful competition horse and also impeccably-bred Holsteiner stallion, Capone 1 impresses many with his good nature and charming ways. Equally at home on a trailride with friends as he is in the victory gallop at Spruce, Capone 1 breaks many North American misconceptions about stallions.

With his breeding duties neatly interwoven into his training and competition schedule, Capone demonstrates the sound mind and gentle soul that is prized by so many who breed horses to be champions and willing companions. Capone has produced several successful foal crops, with more mare owners every year choosing him for their breeding stock. So far, we see Capone foals with a strong stamp from their handsome father. Compact, athletic, elegant, and well-balanced, his foals also stand out strongly with their super temperaments through friendly minds, generous hearts, and a kind eye that is immediately recognized as a Capone the world around.

Capone has an outstanding competition record that spans many Grand Prix wins and International ring appearances from Florida, California, Langley B.C., and Spruce Meadows respectively. 2011 season saw Kyle King ride Capone to the CN Performance victory at Spruce Meadows against a field of the worlds best. Another impressive achievement for Capones career. Capone was also awarded the prestigious Elite Stallion award by the BWP in 2012.

As a youngster in Europe, he was a finalist in the World Breeding Championships at Zangersheide at ages 5, 6, and 7.

Chaqui Z’s sire, the late Chacco-Blue, won the jumping index at the German stallion performance test and won over 30 young horse jumping classes judged on style and ability. Chacco-Blue produces progeny with modern style, scope, technique and blood. His dam’s sire, Quinar Z, was a top performer at the 1997 Holsteiner stallion selection. Son of the Grand Prix International sire Cassini I out of a Grand Prix dressage and jumper sire Contender mare, Stamm 1907. This is a very old mare line know for their performance and work ethic.

Cunningham is a breathtaking combination of talent and conformation. The favorite of grooms and handlers, he is a joy to watch and ride. His babies are a copy of himself, beautiful both in looks, conformation, and character. The easiest babies I have ever worked with and put under saddle.

UPDATE: Cyklon WINS the 1.45 Speed Class at WEF on January 23!

Valiant and driven to win on course, an internationally proven competitor and a direct son of Olympic Cardento all combine to make Cyklon the latest addition to our stallion line-up. He offers his rider tremendous athleticism, cat-like agility, careful technique and a very high degree of rideability vis--vis his capacity to learn and adjust. Ever present at the top of the leaderboard here and in Europe, Cyklon leaves little to chance showing tremendous heart and desire each and every round. Bottom line Cyklon is a winner!

Using the Swedish breeding model for producing top show jumpers, Cyklons pedigree is top-loaded with the very best Holsteiner blood. Sire Cardento and dam-sire Cortus both jumped internationally and are considered top showjumping progenitors. In addition to these famous sires, two highlights stand out in Cyklons pedigree: 1) The union of renowned Capitol blood with Caletto I through his best son Cantus, which has become one of the all-time nicks for international jumpers and 2) Two crosses to Capitol; a trend that has been immensely popular in Europe because of the quality offspring it yields.

Already an approved breeding stallion in Sweden who received scores of 9 for type and 8 for jumping, Cyklon offers American breeders the blood of Olympic Cardento in a very attractive, sporty package.

With a focus on competition, his first European foal crops were small in number, but Cyklon is showing that quality means more than quantity. Most notably, oldest son Cobolt placed 7th in the 5 Year Old Young Horse Finals at Zangersheide in 2011 and has successfully moved up to 1.3m classes in 2012 with numerous wins.

Cyklon: A proven international competitor providing a unique twist on Cardento and Capitol blood.

LOT 12: DARCO - AMBASSADOR

Bay Stallion BWP (Lugano van la Roche x Ocoucha) Donated by Rose Sullivan, SE Farm.

One of the World's Most Important Sires of Show Jumpers.

  • CURRENT BID: $4,525.00
  • SOLD
  • LOT IS CLOSED

  • Type/Breed: Belgian Warmblood
  • Size: 16.3
  • Papers: No

Notes:

For Five consecutive years, the great stallion Darco led the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horse ranking as the best jumping horse progenitor. He currently has the most offspring that competed at Grand Prix level. It is a record which no single sire has ever achieved since the ranking was first developed in 1995. Moreover, Darco is one of the few sires of the present ranking who previously appeared in the original rankings from 1995. In other words, Darco has been at the top for more than fifteen years. Reasons enough to assume, at this time, that Darco is the best jumping horse progenitor ever in show jumping.

Nowadays, Darco is very popular with the breeders however it wasn't always that way from the start. In 1984, after his first breeding season, 41 foals were registered with the BWP. A year later, only 19 and one year after that the number fell to 13. Meanwhile, Darco became the champion of the young horses twice, but he still wasnt a favorite of most of the breeders. In 1989, BWP registered 40 of his foals. When the first of Darcos offspring began to do well in the competitions for young horses, and Ludo Philippaerts won 2 heats of the World Cup when Darco was only 9-years old, the tide turned.

After Darcos sport career ended, he quickly developed a reputation as a supplier of sport horses and gained world wide influence in the breeding of sport horses. At the time of Darcos inspection, a new trend was being started within the BWP. BWP was the first registry to introduce free jumping as a mandatory part of the stallion approval process, a trend that would be copied by all the other major registries. Darcos performance in this discipline was strong and that made the difference as he was approved based mainly on his performance in the free jumping phase. The contribution of jumping talent to the approval process received more and more weight value. Darco is a fixed entry on the list of stallions with the most offspring in top sport. There are close to 2,500 of his offspring currently registered with the BWP and other studbooks.

Darco passed away in 2006 at the age of 26 but thanks to this stallion, the BWP could advance itself at the international level and win the hearts of many breeders all over the world. In 2007, Darco received an award from the United States Equestrian Federation and at the 2008 stallion inspection, Darco was paid an extra tribute with a parade of six of his approved sons and the pinning of the golden BWP insignia to his breeder by Flemish Minister-President, Kris Peeters.

His worldwide fame and international success with Ludo Philippaerts is today mirrored by his two- time Olympic Gold medal winning daughter Sapphire and her rider McLain Ward. His offspring continue to dominate the show jumping scene especially in the U.S. as you see his name in the pedigree of horses competing in virtually every major jumping competition. His offspring have proven to be very rideable by both professional and amateur riders. The BWP/NAD now has eleven approved stallions with Darco in their pedigree.

Note on ICSI Breeding
Each ICSI straw will have about 20 Darco sperm, enough to inject up to 20 eggs in one cycle.  Stallion owner will provide 3 ICSI Straws initially, enough for 3 cycles.  Buyer agrees to return extra straws if an embryo is produced on the first or second cycle.  Stallion owner will provide additional straws until buyer gets an embryo. Valid for 2015 Breeding Season.

2014 YHS Finals - Champion 4 yo Jump Chute, score of 9.45 in the 4-year-old jump chute class. He also earned a score of 8.82 in the in-hand/at liberty division, an 8.78 in the under saddle, and a score of 8.03 in the jumping under saddle.

Diamant d’Heure ABF (Diamant d’Semilly x Lord Incipit) lets you know the moment he walks into a ring. He is, as his name suggests, the diamond of the hour and he loves his attention! Full of presence, beauty, and talent he compels you to stop and watch. With beautiful movement and jumping technique, he is gorgeous enough to be a top performing hunter. However, his unlimited scope and carefulness will propel him towards the jumper ring. He has been a joy to start under saddle with his smooth, powerful gaits and zest for life. With his exceptional talent and proven bloodlines he is sure to be seen in the international ring in the future.

Sire: Diamant d’Semilly,  ranked No. 3 on the 2015 World Breeding Federation sires list, is a world-renowned stallion that competed successfully at the highest levels of showjumping before siring countless winners. Diamant carries much of the most important jumping blood in French breeding and is ranked as one of the top 10 stallions in the World Breeding Federation Show Jumping. As a competitor, Diamant was one of the top international horses of his day. He qualified for both the 2000 and 2004 Olympics, and jumped 11 out of 12 clear rounds in nation cups for the French Team in 2002. In addition, in 2003, Diamant was the silver medalist at the European Championships. He has produced countless international performing offspring and also several winners in the young horse classes. Not only has Diamant sired several approved stallions, but they are regularly the highest scoring stallions at their approvals. His offspring include the up and coming stallion Emerald under Harrie Smolders, Eurocommerce Toulouse, and Kalaska de Semilly a numerous medal winner. His offspring can be seen performing in every major championship around the world.

Dam Grand Rose ABF (Rio Grande x Lord Incipit) is bred for the jumper ring and with exceptional scope and carefulness, she would be sure to excel. However, with her perfect jumping technique and gorgeous movement she has won several championships in the hunter ring.

Dam sire, Rio Grande, comes from a long line of international showjumpers such as Raphael and Ramiro and Rio Grande himself competed at the top of the sport. Rio Grande qualified for the 1996 Olympics but the rider was unable to attend; he was also on two winning Canadian Nations Cup teams. Dam’s dam Viva la Rose comes from a long line of international horses and she herself was a winning open speed mare at the top level.

LOT 14: DIKTATOR Van De BOSLANDHOEVE - ELITE

2006 Bay Stallion BWP (Thunder v/d Zuuthoeve x Rebecca v/d Boslandhoeve) Donated by Spy Coast Farm

  • Type/Breed: Belgian Warmblood
  • Size: 16.2

Notes:

Strongly rooted in a pedigree of extreme depth and proven versatility, Diktator Van De Boslandhoeve is a complete solution for American breeders.  Already a successful competitor among many of Europe’s elite, Diktator combines tremendous talent over a fence, FEI-quality gaits, strong, correct conformation, a kind and generous temperament and a fancy, eye-catching exterior.  At just 7 years of age, this young stallion has proven his quality during each critical phase of his development thus far:

Diktator’s pedigree provides American breeders open access to Europe’s most successful and proven bloodlines in a single stallion.  And while the names of the legendary Nimmerdor, Argentinus, Capitol and Lord conjure images of powerful, older-styled, large-framed horses, Diktator is the embodiment of the modern sport horse sire, a trait he passes onto his offspring.

Diktator’s sire, Thunder Van de Zuuthoeve, is an Elite Belgian Warmblood stallion.  A successful international competitor jumping up to 1.70m,  Thunder’s offspring, the oldest being just 10 years old, have already reached the international levels, including Blue Thunder ridden by Ireland’s Bill Twomey, Eurocommerce Seoul and Brooke Van de Zuuthoeve.  Thunder’s offspring also are proving themselves in Young Horse and free jumping competitions and breeding inspections.  He already has three approved sons.

Diktator’s dam, Rebecca Van De Boslandhoeve, is by Capital, a stallion who carries the direct blood of two keystones of Holsteiner breeding, the legends, Capitol and Lord.  Both Capital and his full brother, Come Back, were 1.6m jumpers and international Grand Prix competitors.  Capital largely bred in Belgium in the 1990’s and produced numerous high level competition horses.Lys De Darmen was the perfect representation of his lineage: a large-framed, noble sire that carried a very high percentage of blood.  He became a pillar of the Belgian Warmblood studbook, siring no less than 170 international competitors who jumped 1.40m or better.  At last count, his daughters added another 90+ 1.40m+ competitors to that astounding total.  For his contribution to Belgian Warmblood breeding, Lys De Darmen was awarded the Ambassador title.

Diktator’s first foals were born in Europe in 2008.  They have been well received with his son, Idagio Van Het Nerenhof, receiving the third highest foal score of the day at the Sint Niklaas regional inspection. Diktator had a phenomenal season with his first BWP/NAD Keuring as he sired both the Top scoring Colt & Filly as well as three other top scoring foals for the 2012 Keuring Tour. His filly “Madeira SCF” out of Elite Mare “Lilli Marlen” (Lamerto) was the highest scoring foal in BWP/NAD history with a record 88! “Montecristo” out of Unbridled Dream (Unbridled Song) was the Top Colt with an impressive score of 87 & “Mackinac” out of Elite Mare “Tajmyra Greenfield” was tied for Second place for the Colts with a score of 86.

LOT 15: F-LEONADO SE

2005 Bay BWP (Liostro x Piktorial) Donated by Rose Sullivan, SE Farm.

  • CURRENT BID: $
  • Reserve met - Will sell at or above the next bid.
  • LOT IS CLOSED

  • Type/Breed: Belgian Warmblood
  • Size: 17.2
  • Papers: No

Notes:

Leonado SE is an exceptional young stallion, a modern, leggy type with outstanding jumping ability and incredible movement. He is a product of embryo transfer. His embryo twin was approved by BWP as well in 2010, Leone SE. Leonado scored 18s for his gaits at the 2010 stallion approvals and the Belgian judges were awestruck by his beautiful elastic movement!

His pedigree offers breeders a well rounded backround of dressage (Pikadero), and showjumping (Liostro and Pikadero). Leonado SE is out of the premium mare, Piktorial, a Pikadero daughter and a retired jumper sportsmare. Piktorial has 7 offspring successfully competing and winning in sport at this time.On the sire side, Leonado SE is by Liostro (E), an elite stallion who has produced many international sporthorses both in Europe and in the US. The most famous siblings are Mark Watrings Sapphire (who was recently cloned) and Mandy Porters Lio Calyon.

SE Farm has entered in a partnership with a talented eventer, Alexis Helffrich, originally from France. He has been bringing up the young stallion through the eventing ranks. His dressage scores have been consistently in the low 20s! He is currently successfully competing at 2* level. We have high hopes for the future of both Alexis and LeonadoSE as we believe Leonado SE has the athleticism, movement and charisma to excel in the highest level of eventing.

Leonado can be bred for jumpers, dressage, hunters, or eventing. First foals arrived in 2013.

After his importation to the United States, he continued a very successful career at the Grand Prix level with Olympian Lisa Jaquin.

Together, they would have several top placings in the Grand Prix divisions throughout North America. Most notably they placed 3rd in the $25,000 WEF Challenge Cup and 2nd at the Tournament of Champions in Canada in 2007. Obourg s Sire Richebourg, is highly ranked in the Belgian index of show jumping sires, and is considered one of the best stallions of his time. As a 4 & 5 year old, Richebourg was crowned the Belgian Champion, and incredibly went on to be crowned the 6 and 7 year old Champion in France. At the age of 8, Richebourg was once again crowned the Belgian Champion with rider Jean-Claude Van Geenberghe, and at age 9 the Horse of the Year. With such an incredible line up in his pedigree, there is no wonder why Obourg has been awarded the Elite status for BWP. He is now available with Fresh semen in North America for the first time since he was imported to the USA. It is with great honor to announce his retirement from sport to enjoy his days as a breeding stallion.

With ideal conformation and modern type, Venturo 9 has inherited the ability and talent for the top level of show jumping.  A son of the great Canturo, his excellent pedigree and classic jumping style makes this young stallion a great addition to Spy Coast Farm’s breeding program.

Venturo’s pedigree is internationally acclaimed.  His sire Canturo produced 13 approved stallions, and 25 of his offspring are currently competing at the Grand Prix level.   His dam’s sire was the 2002 horse of the year Nabab de Reve who has sired over 60 international Grand Prix horses.

A delight to ride, train and compete, Venturo 9 proved himself this year at the biggest shows in North America.  He placed 5th at the CSIO4*  Hampton Classic Grand Prix Qualifier, and was 2nd at  CSI5* Spruce Meadows.  He also had top placings in Kentucky and  Wellington.   Spy Coast  Farm is looking forward to our 2015 offspring from this exceptional stallion.

LOT 27: VISION v/t HAZELARENHOEKJE

1998 Grey Stallion BWP (Clinton x Lashio) Donated by Spy Coast Farm.

  • CURRENT BID: $500.00
  • SOLD
  • LOT IS CLOSED

  • Type/Breed: Belgian Warmblood
  • Size: 16.3
  • Papers: No

Notes:

This perfectly proportioned stallion is the only fully licensed BWP stallion in the United States sired by the 2004 Olympic bronze medalist, Clinton. Vision lives up to his famous Grand Prix heritage, exhibiting boldness, intelligence and a great willingness to perform. He possesses Clinton's well-noted superior conformation, excellent movement, and superb jump. Exceptional in his style, ability, and good natured disposition, he has drawn admiration and compliments from many renowned trainers.

Vision began his show career in Ireland where he qualified for Dublin Horseshow as a four year old. Since his arrival in the United States, he placed consistently at top shows in the Young Jumper division. Since moving out of the Young Jumper ranks, Vision has excelled in the jumper ring with several Champion and Reserve Champion titles at Level 5 and 6. He has placed in nearly every Level 7 class he competed in and completed the 2008 summer placing at Level 8. With this success Vision fulfilled his stallion performance requirements for the BWP and earned his permanent license. Sadly, his very promising show career met a premature end due to injury.

Progeny:

Vision's offspring ranked as premium foals in both the BWP and RHPSI testing, replicating his extraordinary conformation and disposition. The oldest foals from 2004 began their show careers during the summer of 2008 exhibiting their sires natural ability and boldness. Showing in her fourth show, Perfect Vision, bred by Swept Away Farm, was Reserve Champion in the Baby Green Hunters at Vermont Summer Festival. Galileo, full brother to Perfect Vision, was tied for third at the 2008 BWP Keuring in the 2yo Futurity. We look forward to monitoring the progress of his offspring on the show circuit and as more are started under saddle.

LOT 28: VUVUZELA Z

2010 Bay Stallion (Vagabond De La Pomme x Zanzilla) Donated by AliBoo Farm Inc.

Beautifully bred son of Vegabond de la Pomme now competing in the 5yo jumpers

  • CURRENT BID: $
  • Reserve met - Will sell at or above the next bid.
  • LOT IS CLOSED

Record: Beautifully bred son of Vegabond de la Pomme now competing in the 5yo jumpers

  • Type/Breed: Belgian Warmblood
  • Size: 16.2
  • Papers: No

Notes:

Vuvuzela Z is a modern, athletic type stallion. He was recently approved by BWP head stallion judge Boudewijn Schepers where his movement was remarked upon as well as his loose elastic style of going. He has placed highly in all of his free jumping classes, showing off his carefulness and exceptional hind end. He has recently been started under saddle and is an exceptionally well balanced, rideable, and willing mount. As a colt, he was one of the youngest to be presented at the Z-Festival where he placed 5th out of over 250 colts.

Vuvuzela Z’s sire Vagabond de la Pomme has recently made his debut onto the international scene with tremendous success under top French rider Penelope Leprevost. Vagabond, in addition to Vuvuzela, sired one of the champion young stallions at the BWP Stallion Inspection in Belgium. Vagabond de la Pomme possesses a dream pedigree on both the dam and sire side. His sire being the World Equestrian Games 2010 winner Vigo D’Arsouilles by Nabad de Reve and having four dams on the dam line which themselves performed in the sport at top level; Sauterelle de la Pomme, Narcotique de Muze, Qerly Chin and Kerly.

On Vuvuzela’s dam side the Holsteiner progenitors Contender, Cassini I, and Lord are united. Great randdam Halicia carries a considerable amount of Thoroughbred blood and descends from Julio Mariner, Goldschlager, Grand Empereur, and Miller’s Grey. This mare’s line produced, amongst others, the Grand Prix Horses Tilbert, Dior, and Goliath.

Vuvuzela Z is definitely one to watch for the future!

Notes:

Gatsby is improving a wide variety of different types of mares, stamping his excellent qualities on his offspring with amazing consistency. Gatsby passes on his uphill build, long legs, lovely neck/topline, beautiful head, big shoulder, and strong loin connection. Gatsby typically adds substance to lighter mares but he will also refine heavier mares because of his modern type. His offspring tend to inherit his beautiful suspension, natural uphill movement, cadence, shoulder freedom, and excellent canter. Gatsby passes on an elegant hunter style jump thats also powerful enough for jumpers and eventers. Offspring are winning in Hunter, Jumper, Dressage and Eventing, proving that breeding a balanced, correct, athletic horse means they can do anything!

One of Gatsbys hallmark traits is his outstanding mind. He's gentle and sweet with an excellent work ethic, an incredibly high degree of trainability and willingness. Gatsbys foal owners acknowledge that their foals have inherited Gatsbys mind, temperament, movement and jump, even when these qualities were lacking in their mares.A true Improvement sire.
