Ada is an absolutely amazing prospect out of Amber Hill's La Boheme, who is daughter to Beau's Masterpiece who won on the line at Devon and was Amber Hill's Reserve National Champion in the Medium Green's. She is by Blue October and should finish a nice sized large. She has been handled since birth and has an lovely expression and personality.

Professional Training: Yes,

I enjoy working with Ada as I love her canter and trot. She did not understand what we were asking her to do in the ring when we were getting video of her and I had to put her in a field with another pony so she would trot and canter as she just wanted to come back to us and was not responsive to the lunge whip and I refuse to hit my horses. So we played follow the leader and she is definitely a follower and not alpha in a pack.

  • She is a weanling and is being worked with by a cowboy every day. She is halter broke and leads and we do not put weanlings on the treadmill but do walk them on and off just so they are good for trailering.
  • She has improved with the farrier and handling of her legs (my cowboys has been picking up all four), does not stands in the cross ties yet but we can give her a bath in the wash stall tied with a slip knot.
  • My cowboy works with her for a half an hour or longer each day and she is getting better and better.
