Used to work cattle - branding, heeling and tracking in the pasture, and to pony young horses.
Kansas has been used for Spring cattle works recently in the Flint Hills of Kansas. He has drug calves to the fire and has been started heeling and tracking bigger cattle in the pastures. Kansas has gathered cattle out of thousand acre pastures and rides off quiet with a group or alone. He has also been used to pony young horses and work with them in the round pen. Crosses creeks, draws and waterways without issue. Could be a hunter jumper, ranch horse, trail horse or a pasture mate.
