"Seller agrees to pay for cost of vet fees for pulling of first embryo and shipment of first embryo to buyer's vet for implantation into Buyer's recipient mare. Buyer shall be responsible for all vet fees on their end and cost of any and all stallion fees (including counter-to-counter fees if necessary).  If buyer's recipient mare fails to become pregnant with a heartbeat with first embryo, a second embryo may be requested, but Buyer shall be responsible for all vet and shipping fees involved.  No further attempts will be honored.  Seller agrees to sign all paperwork for the registration of one resulting foal."
