"Dino" is a great all around type large pony. He loves being groomed, eating treats and going on trail rides after his lessons that he teaches. He is a great lesson pony! He would make a great one owner pony too...He has been used in summer camps, lessons, and show programs. He ties, crossties and trailers great. Good at new places. Not spooky. He will walk slow for the small beginner kids, and does lunge lessons great too.
We ride him in a happy mouth or a rubber D ring snaffle. His old owner rode him western...he's a very versatile horse. Does ground poles, flower boxes, logs and small cross rail jumps. He is really good at the horse shows in the local cross rail, walk and walk trot divisions with any rider. He stands on crossties and is patient when the kids try to tack him up. He also is "mom approved" when it comes to leading him around the barn by the little kids.
