This is Vinnie, he is a 4 year old standing 15.1 hands tall. I have had and trained many horses in my life and this horse is by far the best minded horse Ive ever dealt with. Literally not a mean bone in his body, absolutely loves people. Excellent ground manners. Will stand tied (occasionally will paw), will stand quiet with his foot propped for clipping, jumps right in the trailer with no issues, easy to catch since he loves to be messed with. I got him a year and a half ago as an unbroke 3 year old. He was very easy to break. Ive put a good 130 long rides on him, but I havent had time to ride him in the past two months. He hasnt reared, bucked, bolted or done anything silly. Hes the type you can jump on after a while and hes just where you left him. Only thing he will do if you havent ridden him in a while is lope a little faster the first couple of rides but easily controlled. Hes not too lazy but isnt hot or nervous at all, knows the word Whoa very well. Wants to work and very easy to train because he wants to please. Side passes, pivots, backs, walk, trot, canter easily. I have worked on neck reining a little bit. Has been shown Western Pleasure walk/trot and has won against competitive horses, has qualified for state. Has been shown open in ARHA and has placed high against older experienced horses. Just got his ARHA papers a few months ago. If youre looking for an easy-going horse that wants to please and laid back, here he is. I still consider him green but I feel like a confident kid would be able to finish him just fine. Over all has a very easy handle on him. I am getting out of horses, I just cant just watch such a wonderful horse sit in pasture due to my lack of time. I know someone will enjoy him, very fun horse to be around.
