Shining Lil Dun is a pretty mare with a great nature and is very spirited. She never kicks or bites - my 4 year old brother leads her outside to graze. Though she is quiet at home she can react to new circumstances and act spirited. I have owned her for two years and she has never been lame - she has good strong feet and has been barefoot the whole time. She is good to be clipped and for the farrier. We tried to breed her in 2016 but she did not get in foal. The vet found and treated a uterine infection, but we have not tried to breed her again. She has been ridden on trail rides in a snaffle bit either bareback or with a western saddle and always stays in control. This mare lives outside in the pasture 24/7.
