Donnie is a gorgeous 7 month old colt.  BOTH of Donnie's parents are Premium Oldenburgs! If you like the Donnerhall breeding, you will LOVE Donnie!

Donnie is a flashy liver chestnut, a beautiful mover, he is bold and very friendly.  Judge's remarks from his inspection "Good type, well developed, good topline, very correct". Unfortunately, Donnie's inspection was not done as a group due to the arrival of Hurricane Irma so he was not able to participate in a site champion award.

Donnie is registered RPSI/Westfalen and is also eligible for Oldenburg ISR, and CWHBA. Should mature to about 16.1 HH.  Although Donnie has a strong Dressage pedigree, he also has some excellent jumpers and could excel in numerous disciplines.

Donnerwetter is the sire of the legendary Donnerhall himself, which makes Don De Marco Donnerhall's half brother! Donnerwetter competed to Grand Prix, imported in his last years was offered only to a few outside mares of the highest quality which included Don De Marco's dam World Class. Don De Marco carries the wonderful traits that Donnerwetter's offspring are known for as being highly intelligent and forward, with excellent canter and ability for collection.

Don De Marco's dam "World Class" by First Class/Furioso ll/Welt As. In addition to the fabulous sire line is the mare line of St.Pr.St. 1a Premium Mare, Chinchilla by Zeus, who won the National German Championship in the Produce of Dam class winning out over 14 of Germany's best producing mares. World Class competed and placed very well in the breed division at Dressage At Devon and has produced premium foals every time.

DAM: Cazenovia is sired by the Legendary Contucci.  Contucci has long been one of the stars of the Hilltop Farm stallion line-up.  His early talent was showcased when he commandingly won the dressage phase of his 100-day test with a score of 147.11 and finished as a Class 1 stallion with an overall 127.60.  Contucci earned six 9's throughout the testing for character, willingness to work, rideability, and his trot and canter. He then successfully showed in Germany, including winning a 1997 Bundeschampionat qualifier with 9.2 out of 10 possible points. 

Caprimond, sire of Contucci was Champion of his 100-day test, earned Elite status in 1995, and in 1998 was named Trakehner Stallion of the Year.  By the very early age of seven, Caprimond was successfully competing in FEI dressage competitions and he progressed quickly to a very successful Grand Prix career.  The Hanoverian Yearbook of Stallions has ranked Caprimond #1 in the breeding values for type and conformation for many years.  |Contucci's dam Laureen received 9's on all her gaits at her Mare Performance Testing and an overall score of 8.1.  |Cazenovia's dam, Dessin Ra, a German import is sire by the legendary Donnerhall!
