Notes:

Vinca received scores of 8 or higher during his stallion testing in the categories of walk, canter, character, temperament, willingness to work, ability to work, and rideability.

Vinca is one of only two approved stallions in the United States by Metall and the only approved son born in the USA.

Metall had the highest marks for the "M" year and has sired multiple licensed stallions throughout the world, competitors in the advanced levels of both Dressage and Jumping, and an Olympic champion (Uthopia).

On the mare lines, Vinca's paternal grandmother is by the famous foundation sire G Ramiro Z and his maternal grandmother is the Approved Premium Thoroughbred mare, Verbella. At Verbella's Mare Test, the examiner stated that there is "a responsibility to American Sporthorse breeding to keep this mare bred."

At his Stallion Licensing in 2007 at Hilltop Farms (MD), the judges commented that Vinca, "is truly an all-around sport horse who fits the bill of what modern mare owners are seeking."

In 2006, Vinca received the coveted Born in the USA Award at Dressage at Devon for High Scoring Stallion. Vinca has competed up to Fourth Level in the Dressage arena and has schooled all the movements of the Grand Prix. In 2010, Vinca was ranked eighth in the nation for the KWPN's All-Breed awards at Fourth Level. He has also competed in the Performance Hunters division with Ginger Parker.

Vinca's foals are successful at inspections, on the line and in the competition arena. Each year Vinca's foals are presented at Dressage at Devon, receiving receive Top 10 placings and qualifying for the GAIG/USDF East Coast Championships in their respective divisions. In 2015 J'Adore FF was 3rd in a highly competitive GAIG/USDF East Coast Filly Championship, the highest placed yearling against two 3 Year Olds. In 2013 Ivanica FLF was the GAIG/USDF Southeast Foal Champion. In 2012 alone, Heirloom was the GAIG/USDF East Coast Foal Champion and Fiorello was the GAIG/USDF East Coast Colt & Gelding Reserve Champion.

Vinca's pedigree makes him a suitable sire for both Dressage and Jumping horses. Bella Donna FF has won multiple tri-colors in the Junior and Amateur Owner Hunters division while Edelweiss FF is currently competing in the Junior Hunters, after a successful career in the High Junior Jumpers. Veronica has won multiple All-Breeds awards in the Dressage arena, qualified for the Markel/USEF National Young Horse Championships, and has competed at Third Level as a six year old while schooling Fourth Level. Son Headliner FF is winning in the 3' Green Hunters and showing in the Adult Hunters with his amateur owner.

While there is no limit to the talent of Vinca's sons and daughters, we also take pride in hearing how much their owner's love to work with them on a daily basis - they are typically barn favorites, with many individuals owning more than one Vinca foal!
