Simon is a 6 yr old TB with a very good brain and sweet personality. He has a very good start in H/J and is ready for a family or owner. He loves to jump and is brave and forgiving. He is not spooky at any of the jumps he has seen...I just line him up and he takes care of the rest! Never peaks or looks or veers left or right--just takes the straight line right over the top no matter what distance. He likes it. He also has lead changes if you keep him straight and balanced before the turn (see videos).He has been through many natural horsemanship exercises and can even side up next to a fence! (see videos) He has great conformation and good feet and stands in cross ties for groom/bath/vet/farrier/etc. He also trailers perfect. He only takes a day to settle into a new place, like I said he has a good brain.I would recommend him to an intermediate rider, only due to his young age, with the help of a trainer to keep his training up and add more miles. This horse has had great experiences so far and has been started correctly. He is currently in a 5 day a week program with light/medium riding, nothing excessive. Goes in turnout from 8am-12pm and eats hay/grain, no supplements, no meds, pretty easy!Also shown some already in baby green hunters with great ribbons! USEF# (5440616)
