My Gentleman, Nova, is a 2006 Bay Thoroughbred mare, registered with the Jockey Club. She was never raced. Nova is by Gentlemen, who is an Argentinian Thoroughbred and was the Champion 3-year-old colt in Argentina before racing successfully in the US.

For the past few years, Nova has played successfully as a B grade Polocrosse horse. She has plenty of potential for A grade Polocrosse. She excels at the 1 and 3 positions, but had been learning to play a 2 with her previous rider. She could be a prospect for Polo, Western speed classes or a possible games horse.

Nova played B Grade with adult and junior riders and won her last three tournaments, including Eastern zone regionals. Has a strong jump out, good breaks, rollbacks, spins, and great speed! She requires an upper-intermediate or advanced rider. Nova knows her job and is bold on the field.

Before being a successful Polocrosse horse, Nova had a couple of foals who were registered with AQHA and were racing. She is young enough that she could easily go back to being a broodmare.

Nova is good to load, tie, clips, bathe, etc. Easy for vet/farrier. Stays in a hot pen and traveled up and down the east coast all last year. She is up to date on shots, coggins, dental, etc. Requires front shoes to compete at her best, but can be barefoot when not competing. Current junior owner has switched disciplines, which is why Nova is offered for sale.
