"Kat" is a really nice consistent 1D, 2D push style barrel horse who absolutely loves running barrels! 14.7 last time out. She eats whatever ground you throw at her, loves the big patterns and the small ones, will run in mud, and will stand up on hard ground. She is a super gritty mare. This event is her most recent discipline.

Her prior disciplines were Reined Cow Horse, Ranch Horse, Reining, Competitive Trail, Cutting, Working Cow Horse, she has been used to pony other horses, and she has roped calves in the pasture. We have Sorted on her a few times, too.

In 2014, she was successfully shown by a novice 14 year old girl in 4-H Ranch Horse, Reining, Trail, and Showmanship Classes.

"Kat" can be turned out with other horses, hauls good, clips good, great for the farrier. She is a cribber, but will not crib with a strap on. When she is turned out, we haven't seen her crib at all. Her hocks were injected this year for maintenance only. She has never taken a lame step.
