Notes:

Pretty much the most perfect young pony ever! Seriously! Three lovely, rhythmic gaits and a darling attitude at home and abroad. Exceptionally willing and confident attitude.  Well mannered and respectful on the ground.

Mia was started Spring 2018 and has been worked a few times a week since. She has been a star pupil. She spent a month with BTH Equestrians this fall and was a barn favorite, hacking around with the big horses and learning what it takes to be a solid citizen with youth handlers. While she was with the BTH program, she was shown for her first time, placing first of six in halter, as well as fourth out of ten in w/t in a class of broke horses and ponies. She has also been hauled to additional shows (Rancho Murieta, El Dorado Fairgrounds) for exposure and to hack around in the warm up ring. She already has an exceptional disposition that a youth can saddle right up and hop on at home or abroad. Mia is started over fences and thinks jumping is quite fun and relishes the experience with a great expression and tidy knees. She is started on lead changes and is already offering auto-changes.In addition to being exposed to her future career as a show star, she is also happy to go through obstacle courses, including tarp, bridge and mattress crossing, the noodle gate, standing on the pedestal, and pushing the horse ball (a great activity for teaching young riders how to steer and have fun at the same time!). Ground work has been started for driving. She has worn the blinkers while ground driving and has felt the shafts of the cart, but she has not been hitched yet. Mia has also been on her first trail rides and travels down the trail pleasantly and confidently.

Mia loves kids of all ages, adores leadliners and being ""led"" around by toddlers. She loves being the center of attention as a dress up rainbow unicorn pony for kids birthday parties. Not only is this a pony that is nice just because she is tolerant... she is also GORGEOUS, CORRECT, and has an EXCELLENT way of going that is going to keep her in the ribbons for the rest of her life. The reality is, the kids have told her that she is the golden center of the universe... and she is a firm believer that it must be true. If you need a sweet as pie golden unicorn princess to add to your herd, Mia would love to make your dreams come true.

Pedigrees tell a story.  This beautiful golden filly boasts  extraordinary bloodlines which make her an investment as a breeding animal and tell the story of a pony bred to excel under saddle.  Her dam, Evans Corinth, is by Evans Providence of the Night.  Providence is legend in the Welsh Pony and Sport Horse/Pony world. From his first wins at halter in the Welsh Pony and Cob Society shows he soon began drawing attention as he began winning at not only the Welsh Shows but also the Open Sport Horse Shows.  In 2006, he amassed six Supreme Champions consistently beating *Wedderlie Mardi Gras.  In addition, Providence won Ridden Championships and was competing successfully at Open Shows.  As a sire, Providence's foals out of Welsh and full sized horses have won First Premium in the Sport Horse/Pony Inspections.  He has foals who are doing well in Dressage, Three Day Eventing, and as Hunter Ponies.  In addition Providence has produced Supreme Champion Welsh foals. Providence has also passed both his AWS and IRS/Oldenburg Inspections with high scores and great comments. Coming out of retirement in 2013, Providence qualified for the ODS and NW Championships in Dressage.  In addition he completed at the WPCSA show in McMinneville, Oregon, winning 8 firsts in Performance Classes, a Championship in Ridden Pony, and a Reserve in Sport Pony halter.

Mia's dam, Evans Corinith, has an excellent build, movement, and attitude. She is currently part of a lesson program until her 2 year old rider is old enough to show her. Corinith's dam,  *Priestwood Porcelain, sired by the great Carolina's Wildcard who is a son of Downland Mandarin and out of Priestwood Chelsea Rose (Carolina's Purple Emperor x Downland Dresden) Porcelain  was shown in the UK before she was imported  and was a Medal Wiinner.

Mia's sire, *Cadlanvalley Gold Coin and his parentage and pedigree are no less impressive.  Imported as a yearling from the Cadlan Valley stud in Wales, Gold Coin's sire, Cadlanvalley Buzy is an impressive winner under saddle. He was crowned Section B Pony of the year in 2014 and 2016 among numerous other wins.  Gold Coin's dam is from the well known Laithehill lines which have brought top prices including at the Fair Oakes Sales.
