Notes:

Madagascar SCF is a 6 year old Belgian Warmblood bay stallion bred and trained by Spy Coast Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. Madagascar is an extremely talented, scopey, big strided young stallion. Madagascar scored very high marks from Belgian Judge, Boudewijn Schepers, during his BWP/NAD stallion inspection with one of the highest jumping scores of 86 with strong scores for his canter, technique, scope and overall impression. He easily completed his first year of performance with 8 first place wins in the 5YO Jumper division.

Madagascar exhibits the scope and rideability to take him to the top of the sport. 2017 show results showed him placing consistently in the top of the 5 Year Old Young Jumpers Division and he secured a 4th place finish in the Young Jumper Championship Midwest Finals at the Kentucky National.

In 2018, he has had consistent clear rounds and top placings in the 6 Year Old jumpers and has shown successfully in the 1.30m. Madagascar is an approved stallion with both BWP/NAD and Selle Francis. Madagascar combines the best attributes of both his sire and dam.

His sire, Diktator van de Boslandhoeve, combines tremendous talent over fences, FEI-quality gaits, strong, correct conformation, a kind and generous temperament and a fancy, eye-catching exterior. Now retired to stud, Diktator is the embodiment of the modern sport horse sire, a trait he passes onto his offspring. In addition to his pedigree, conformation, and stallion testing results, Diktator has tremendous ability in the ring.  He is responsive to the aids, his jump is powerful yet careful with a great kick and his canter is naturally uphill, scopey and balanced.

Madagascar's dam, Rolette, was Ben Maher's 2008 Olympic mount, and he said, `She is one of the best horses in the world in my opinion.` She passes on to Madagascar her tremendous heart and talent.
