Fern is a 2017 bay overo filly by the late great World Champion Western Pleasure stallion The Rock out of a Tom Powers Champion producing mare. Her overo markings are located under her flanks and she adds extra chrome with rabicano markings on her silver/black tail. With her talents and futurity eligibility she will make someone a serious show partner. She is nominated to APHA BT, NSBA SIF, NSBA BCF, NSBA Color BCF and Western Pleasure Super Sires program. She is a kind filly and enjoys attention. She is handled daily and knows the basics. She trailers, ties and stands for the farrier. She has no vices. She does well in a stall and in the pasture. She has been taught to square up, longe (not for show), jog in hand and over poles. She is very athletic and can switch leads with the greatest of ease. I feel that she will excel on the rail and in pattern events. After she finishes her show career she will be an asset to any modern western pleasure breeding program with her pedigree.
