Notes:

Molotov is in need of a rider that can take him to the next level.  I have lyme disease and, thanks to my goat, suffered a broken femur about a year ago.  I always knew Molotov had more talent than I have ability and now because of my health issues it is time for him to move on.  I love him and want him to reach his full potential.

Molotov has been shown hunter primarily.  He has won 3 or 4 reserve grand champions.  In his first 6 months of showing he finished 10th in a division of 44 thoroughbreds at the TIP Championship in the Kentucky Horse Park.  Last August he competed as hunter and jumper.  In the pictures and videos of him jumping it is Molotov's and his rider's first time ever showing jumper.  He finished 6th in the jumper stakes.

Molotov had not been ridden since last August until last week.  I pulled him out of the pasture and hacked him a few minutes to make a current video.  I am unable to jump so Molotov free jumped up to 4`8.  Obviously he is out of condition and I am in pain so that was all we were able to complete at this time.

He is the a very gentle horse.  I have had him since he was 3 and he has never even pinned his ears at me. He stands well for the farrier and loads into any trailer.  He can be diffcult to trim his ears. His personality makes him the barn favorite wherever he goes.  He loves to cuddle by laying his head in my lap when he is laying down in his stall.

His confirmation is very good, especially for his size.  He is proportioned very nicely for a large horse.  I once described him to a trainer I was sending him to as a refine boned warmblood.  Once he reached her she immediately let me know that refering to him as a refine boned warmblood was a perfect way to describe his conformation.

Molotov has the potential to be a top jumper.  He could also become a great hunter.  So far he has only shown 3` to 3`6 and with his height it requires no effort.  He appears to just gallop over the jumps.  He is the fastest learner I have ever worked with.  His lesson retention is amazing.  Once he gets it I have never had to refresh him on a lesson no matter how little he has worked on it or how long it has been since he was asked to do it.  He will do a shoulder in, half pass, counter canter, and a flying lead change on a straight line.

As I said he his a special horse and deserves to be ridden by someone that wants to go beyond 3' jumps.
