Obie is a great horse for the dressage enthusiast or finish him off for eventing/hunters.

Prior to us owning him he was used on trails and did a parade. He does need a solid rider to get him out in the ring but his athletic ability makes him worth it.

At this time I would say not a beginner's horse. Very good mover, lives to jump and as great form over the fences.

He has been in training for over a year and does have a good foundation to build upon. We have not had any lameness or health issues with him. He does wear front shoes, turned out in a herd of geldings and stalled during the day.
