Gorgeous 4 year old bay roan mare. Very lightly started under saddle as a 2 year old and then had 30 days as a 3 year old. She could move her hind quarters, pivot, leg yield, and threw a rope off of her. She was a late bloomer so didn't want to push her too hard too soon with riding. She was pasture bred as a 3 year old and had a homozygous black buckskin roan overo colt this year.

Moonshine has always been a somewhat timid horse, it takes her a while to warm up to new people, but she seems to really take an interest in kids. She is not the kind of horse that will do well with anyone who is heavy handed. She has never bucked or reared and is always very alert and paying attention to what you are trying to teach her. She is sound and always has been. I am starting a new job so I'm not going to be able to get her in shape and show her like I had planned to.
