PSU Dynamic Loper, "Summer," shows potential as a western, all-around prospect. He has proven to be a quiet and good-natured gelding who is extremely willing and eager to please. Summer was shown as a yearling in the PQHA Fall Futurity Yearling Longe Line class placing 5th in the Open and 3rd in the QIP.

Each horse was born and raised at Penn State University. They are a part of the Equine Science Program and are taught basic ground handling skills such as grooming, leading, yielding to pressure, tying, picking up feet, and standing for the vet and farrier. They have been exposed to bathing, clipping, and loading/unloading on a stock trailer as well noises associated with football games and fireworks. During their time in this program, each horse has lived outside in mixed groups as well as stalled individually at night. The horses learn to round pen, lunge, and are green broke to walk, jog, and lope under saddle. They are worked with by a variety of students with various skill levels.

PSU Dynamic Loper is by PSU Dynamic Krymsun. PSU Dynamic Krymsun was the 2013 AQHA Region 5 Open Western Riding Champion. His sire, One Hot Krymsun, is a TOP AQHA Leading Sire of Open Performance Horses worldwide.

His dam, Lopin Somebody, is by Lazy Loper. Lazy Loper is an AQHA World Champion in Junior Western Pleasure as well as Reserve Congress Champion three year old Open and Limited Western Pleasure. He has produced over 70 World, Congress, and Reserve Champions. While this is only Lopin Somebody`s third foal, her second foal, PSU Summertime Rockn was the high seller in the 2019 Penn State Quarter Horse Sale.
