Purchased as a three year old, with minimal training I was very successful showing mainly in the very competitive open show circuit in Ohio (Central States later to become MVHSA). I did go to a few APHA shows and AQHA shows and the only time shown Green Hunter Under Saddle she earned a point against some stiff competition. I am an on again, off again competitor, but any time I have shown enough shows to be eligible for year end awards I have earned them to include Dale Chavez belt buckles and Jackets.

Chase can be turned out all winter and then brought back in, jump on and she hasn't forgot a thing. She does best in Hunter Under Saddle with a somewhat experienced rider. She has had beginners take lessons on her, but if you want to keep her at home and manage her yourself I feel you need to be somewhat experienced. Chase is fun to ride and you can do about anything on her. I have done showmanship, halter, equitation, small jumps, ranch pleasure, ranch riding, even did a barrel pattern. She will test you, if she thinks she can get away without doing anything she will. And she will occasionally spook, which is usually a couple feet faster, very controllable.

I do keep Chase on regumate, without she is very mareish. I just started her on previcox, quarter pill daily, she has not exhibited any lameness, she just seemed stiff to me. I also give her Smart Pak supplements. All of the previous mentioned will come with her, enough for at least two months or more. She is up to date on shots and worming. Currently she has front shoes but she can go without shoes.
