“Jazzy” was born and raised at Utah State University. She has been worked by students but was not started with the rest of the two-year-old horses. Jazzy has a different personality than most and her flight instinct in heightened. Jazzy has been saddled and is getting better and being handled and worked but she has not been ridden. With a confident rider that was willing to progress slowly Jazzy could turn into a nice horse.
