HOWDYA LIKE MY IRONS aka Lane is an 8 year old 17.1 hh Sorrel Gelding. Lane has been lightly shown in the hunter under saddle he has a few points. He has also been shown in the Showmanship and the Equitation. He has been started on a flying lead change. He has sweet and goofy personality, always looking for attention.

He can be on the lazy side and does require some leg to push him around the pen. I would recommend him for an Intermediate rider or a beginner who will have trainer assistance.

He does like to go on trail rides and he LOVES to play in water. He does have the potential to go be a nice hunt seat horse. His current owner purchased him in Oct 2019 he was still green and she got in one show before COVID. Due to COVID she was only able to make it to a few shows in 2020 and then this year has decided she no longer is interested in showing.

Maintenance Needs: Lane does have a little arthritis in his right stifle (we do have the x-rays from 2019). He gets stifle injections and is kept on Summit Joint Performance. He has on all 4 shoes reset every 6 weeks |ast had stifles injected FEB 2021 as well as Negative Coggins test and all Vaccines.

He does well in a stall however he does love to be outside and could also live out in a dry lot or pasture. He is always the first one to the gate so he is super easy to catch.
