TAMU Sonitas Eclipse has the pedigree full of cow horse bloodlines! Her sire is by the late Sonitalena (NCHA World Champion / 1996 NCHA Hall of Fame / NCHA Earnings of $188,876 / sire of 87 earners of $850,215) out of a Rey Jay bred mare.
Eclipse's dam boasts the bloodlines of CD Olena, Freckles, Playboy, Doc Bar, and Peppy San Badger.
She has a solid foundation of ground manners (ties, loads into trailers, stands to be saddled, gentle), has been started under saddle (""green broke"" - has been ridden at a walk, trot and lope in a round pen and arena, and has not been exposed to cattle; has been ridden in both a western and an English saddle by student in the TAMU Colt Training lab) and has a genuine kindness to her.
She should make a nice all around horse to have on the farm. Mare will have the Texas A&M University emblem freeze brand on left shoulder.
