Dixie is a horse everyone can appreciate, she is kind and gentle, easy keeper, faces you in her stall or pasture for her halter and to be saddled. She has no buck or bad habits, you can rope a calf off of her, move a herd of cattle with her, dismount and doctor cows and she stands still for you until your ready to remount. Has a very smooth jog and all the speed you ask for.

She prefers to be kept out in a paddock or large stall and is the same every time you saddle her and doesn't require lunging, just go to work or trail ride. Side passes, open and close gates on her, good around traffic and noises. Crosses ditches and water with ease.

She has new shoes and stands for the farrier without drugs, loads in and out of trailers with ease with or without a saddle. Dixie has showed at play days with a young rider and gets along with other horses and people, SHE IS NOT A CUTTER, she will hold a calf but doesn't lock on but can be trained to hold calf.
