2012 Sorrel Mare (Very Cool x Too Sexy To Play) Consigned by Mark Niebrugge.
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
Great 2 year old show mare! This mare has never been off the farm, but don't let her lack of resume' deceive you. Our showing for the past couple years has been limited to my young children showing aged horses, and I wasn't sure a yearling mare would have been suitable for them. Therefore this mare stayed in the pasture. Her absolutely correct conformation makes her competitive in all AQHA divisions. The good horsemen that have seen this mare in pasture shape, highly regard her superb shoulder, topline, croup, and hocks; the hardest combination to breed onto a foal. She is also recently starting to develop great stifle and gaskin and a hanging hip. She is not being fit on; she is brushed, and turned into the indoor arena to play.. What she has is natural.
Abby is sired by World Champion and WC Sire, Very Cool. She is out of a Halter ROM daughter of Playgirls Conclusion and this is her first foal. The bottom side dam line on this mare is little known, but is prepotent as producers of performers. Her granddam and granddam's full sister have produced Halter Superiors and ROM's, an AQHA Champion, and most fun for me, thousands and thousands of dollars in halter futurity earnings. She represents five generations of successful breeding and performance for our farm. With skillful sire selection will do the same for her next owner.
We are offering this mare for sale as my kids sports activities right now, preclude any serious show campaign in 2014. As well, I have a new full sibling on the ground, two more babies out of the dam already in utero for 2015, and we have multiple full sibling embryos still in the freezer.
This mare was brought in from the snow and cold on March 1st and we started on her hair. By sale date she will be slick and ready to begin your fitting program. She was just a gem to clip and band for her first time; I did it entirely by myself. This mare can be campaigned from home by an amateur. These photos were taken on the first sunny day in March, however it was 37 degrees and 20 mph wind. More photos and an off side photo available as weather permits. She is available to view by appointment. 217-343-7061

COME AND GET YOU SOME KENTUCKY MONEY with this one. He is KyBIF enrolled and has a great start for you to take in whatever direction you choose. He is good minded, great ground manners, hauls, clips and is up to date. He was started as a late 3yo and has been brought along slow and has taken well to training. Just needs more riding time than current owner has time for. He can make you some money with the KyBIF paying almost $70 in 2012 and the final numbers are not available for 2013 but is looking like another good payout for the owners. Issac is the type of horse you can take and make into an all-around show horse to win with. He has been on a couple of trail rides and nothing bothered him, riding with other horses/traffic he was perfect.

2000 Buckskin Gelding (The Therapist x China B Leva) Owned by Lucinda Baumann
Breed Incentives: Kentucky Bred - AQHA Incentive Fund
Foolish Therapist (aka Gus) is a true buttermilk buckskin; he has the white frosting on the top of his mane and tail and the deep buttermilk color with a dorsal stripe down his back (more noticeable in the summer when he sheds out) and the darker color to his lower legs. Gus is absolutely gorgeous; he has a beautiful face and a flashy body to go along with it. Gus was started last year Hunter under Saddle, Gus has a beautiful extended trot and an a nice canter. Due to the extreme winter he has not been worked since last November so it would take a little time to get him back into his “showing form”.
I have owned Gus since he was 2 years old and during that time he has had a lot of training. When he was three years old we traveled to Ocala Florida and rode with Lynn Palm for two weeks, during that time we studied showmanship and Western Dressage. We have ridden in two private clinics with Mark Shaffer and have attended numerous clinics with various Quarter Horse Judges. Gus and I have always been under the guidance of an Instructor and have accomplished many of our goals. Gus has been shown in western pleasure, trail and showmanship. He has always been in the ribbons at both open shows and at Quarter Horse Sanctioned shows. Gus is good in both the ring (whether showing or working) and on the trails. Gus has been ridden since the time I have owned him out on the trails. He crosses water, loves to swim in the river and gets along well with other horses. He is not spooky and does not seem to mind going new places.
Gus is current on all his shots, has had his teeth floated and is sound. Approximately two years ago Gus's neck seemed to be a little stiff, a small amount of arthritis was discovered on an x-ray, he was injected with cortisone and to date he has not had any problems. The vet said that the area was so minute that he cannot be 100% sure if it was arthritis so I elected to have the injection of cortisone and to date he has not shown any signs of any difficulties or stiffness. Gus is sound, he stands quietly for the vet, Farrier, he loves a bath and you can pick his feet with no problems. When we are at a show and we are not in the ring Gus goes into his trailer where he will stand quietly eating his hay and napping. Gus will stand tied to the trailer as well. Gus self-loads and will stand quietly until he is asked to unload.
I have decided to move to another discipline in which I do not believe Gus is suited for. I will only sell Gus to an approved and good home. He has been much loved and has been a wonderful and true friend to me; he has never let me down.

2011 Sorrel Mare (Smart Spook x Smoken Jester) Consigned by Franklin Andrew-Clear Creek Farm.
Paid up in NRBC - NRHA Sire & Dam Program - SEE the VIDEO!
Record: Paid up in NRBC
This is a very cute filly. Just enough chrome to catch your eye. Low headed very well balanced and built to stop. She is just starting her second year for training with Jill Walton in Springfield Ohio. She lopes nice circles, has good speed control, great quiet lead departures and is starting to figure out her stops and turnarounds.
Spook is the result of a NRHA Sire and Dam breeding and is paid-up in the NRBC. She will make a very nice Non-Pro horse. She is on track to live up to her breeding.
NEW INFORMATION: Jill has hauled this mare to some shows recently to ride in the show environment. She handled it very well. Note: Our intention was not to push this filly in order for her to allow her to mature physically. We had not intended for her to show until she was a 4 year-old.

1998 Bay Gelding (String A Star x See Her Strut) Consigned by Carrie Anderson.
Strings Rising Star is the entire package! He's a beautiful 15.2 hand bay gelding who has been shown successfully in showmanship, hunt seat pleasure and equitation, western pleasure, horsemanship, trail and versatility. He woks very hard to please in the show ring! He loads and hauls great, ties and stands for the vet and farrier. He gets along well with other horses in the barn and in the pasture He moves effortlessly whether in western pleasure or hunt seat under saddle. He's ready to show!
'This video of Strings Rising Star was from his second ride after a long winter off. The weather was too extreme this year for us to ride much. You can see in the video that he moves off quickly for hunt seat, but then he slows it down nicely for western pleasure. He does set his head lower for western pleasure with his western bit. At the end of the video you can see him side pass in both directions. He is really smooth to ride. My daughter has really enjoyed showing him but just won't have the time for him because of college. He's too good of a horse to just stand in our barn.

2011 Bay Gelding (A Good Machine x Sweet Talkin Spice) Consigned by Jason Ducharme.
Now in Michigan
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
Gilbert is a big, quiet gelding that has had a years riding and is ready to go show in the hunter under saddle. In addition to the hunt seat, he will make an excellent all-around horse in the future and has been started on turn arounds, just needs to be finished. He is very laid back and easy to ride, making him suitable for a novice or youth rider. Would make a great green and novice hunt seat horse this summer at any level. Gilbert is a full brother to the great mare, Spice Machine who has several Congress Top Tens. No bad habits, clips without a twitch, loads and hauls great. He does come with several white scars on his front right leg due to being kicked by a donkey as a baby and having to be wrapped. These in no way affects him, they are just superficial.
