2009 Black Mare (Pines Big Valley x Lotsof Flashnfancy Me) Consigned by Strain Family Horse Farm
SOLD
Pines Fancy Girl is a 5 year old, very fancy, Black Tobiano Mare. She stands 16.1 hands, is a Big, Pretty, and is well broke for a 5 year old, has a elegant stride with lots of flashy color. She is quiet and willing. Doesnt crib or weave. Fancy stands for the farrier, clips loads, ties, and bathes. She is good on the trail, goes down the road, is good in traffic and crosses water. A very nice prospect for all English event or just trail/pleasure rides.

2000 Black Mare (Indian Artifacts x Christal Cash (TB)) Consigned by Lorraine Wharton .
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
Precious is a gentle, quiet, affectionate mare. She has not had a job as a regular broodie or a rider for several years. She is broke to ride and is a nice mover but has some arthritis and would need maintenance (perhaps shoes, perhaps Adequan, etc.) to be ridden and prepped to show. No formal over-fences training but has hopped crossrails for us. Could probably be useful in a lesson program for the bigger students as she is a big, long mare, size-wise, and has a big stride. Needs a job - - either as a rider or a mom - - and a person of her own so she isnt just standing around in the field getting bleached out!

Honest, consistant and trustworthy are 3 words that perfectly describe All Hours. He has been exclusively maintained and shown by a novice youth. He has amassed points in HUS, SMS and Halter. While he excels in English classes he is capable of western events and has a solid start in patterns and lead changes. In his first season showing he earned 8 year end awards in 4 events. All Hours has absolutely no vices, home or away. He is a true gentlemen to handle. This sound and sane steady eddy is only available because his owner is off to college.

Dam: Boston Copper Classic Show record: 12 AM horsemanship (ROM) 22 Novice horsemanship (ROM), 78 Novice WP (Superior), 38 AM WP (ROM) , 18 Open WP (ROM).
I call him Lothario because he never met anyone he did not like, he loves everyone, people, dogs, cats and rides great with other horses. He is good in his stall, stands for the farrier and trailers well. He is easy and uncomplicated to ride. He has been out on trail, rides well in company and is safe for almost any level of rider and is ready to go show .If you can stay on, you can ride this horse. He has no motor and is extremely good minded, he pretty much just goes with the flow. His favorite gear is whoa. I have never seen him take a lame step and sells sound.
I owned and showed Lothario's mother and put most of her points on her. She was easy to show and a wonderful mare to live with. I liked her so much I bred her to the great Special Invitation. While I believe he will excel in the English events, Lothario is very broke and can definitely be competitive in the Horsemanship, Trail, Pleasure and Showmanship events - he will be a fabulous all around horse.
As he is Kentucky Bred as well as Breeder's Trust, you will get both Kentucky and APHA money for every point you earn.
I do keep him in during the day in the summer so that he does not sunburn but turn him out during the day in the winter.
My work commitments leave me little free time and have kept me from showing this gelding. I believe he is too nice of a horse to not be shown so I am offering him for sale. You will love him as much as I do.Dam: Boston Copper Classic Show record: 12 AM horsemanship (ROM) 22 Novice horsemanship (ROM), 78 Novice WP (Superior), 38 AM WP (ROM) , 18 Open WP (ROM).

2003 Chestnut Mare (Zippos Sheik x Maggie Taylor) Consigned by Lorraine Wharton .
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
Lovely, attractive, personable mare with a lot of miles under her in open and 4-H type shows. She has a totally lovely color and has white roaning-type hairs all over her body and has a lot of white in her mane (her dam is a roan; she looks like she wanted to be, too!). Very sensitive and responsive and would be excellent mount for older youth who knows how to ride and likes to ride a lot. "Nails" her flying changes every time, without assistance from the rider. Not specially-trained for any one particular discipline, this girl can do a little of all of it, including over fences. Would make super cute large pony hunter and will do it all at the playdays and open shows. Also trail rides. No vices. Hairless scar on front of her foreleg that does not interfere with soundness or her movement; cosmetic only.
Carries the HERDA gene so if bred, should certainly be bred to a 5-panel negative stallion. This mare is short in stature but wide and solid and can carry alot of rider. SUPER show horse for youth or small adult to do EVERYTHING there is to do, and then go trail riding the next day! Would not recommend for beginner due to her agreeable responsiveness. Minimum level rider suggested: Someone who is quite capable and happy riding the canter.

"Seussy" would be a quiet, safe Walk Jog horse for your youth or for a confidence-builder around the farm, or she's young enough to be able to produce several more foals. Has produced several foals before. She is fat and sassy and has been brought into the training barn and is being professionally ridden five days a week now, legging up and remembering she CAN be more than a pasture ornament! No vices; easy to live with; sound in bare feet and not on any supplements or maintenance meds, etc.

HYPP N/N.
Record: HYPP N/N.
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
"Forever Righteous" is a really pretty, balanced, N/N mare that will certainly do well for you in the show pen. She is deep hearted with lots of substance and strong back, loin and croup. She is bred in the purple being by "Righteous Mister" 2x AQHA World Champion and Multiple World Champion sire and out of a World Champion producer. Her full brother "Totally Righteous" is consistently going Grand and Reserve and will be a contender at the AQHA World shows this fall under the guidance of Denny Hassett. Her full sister "Righteous Innocence" has also had a great show career with earning 39 AQHA Halter Points. Between the two full siblings they have currently earned 122.5 AQHA Halter Points.
"Forever Righteous" will also be an asset to anyone's breeding program after her show career. Take a look at her pedigree and you will note that she can be a cross on most of todays stallions available and be an out cross. She is a nice mare to be around and would be suitable for a youth or an amateur.
You are invited to visit her at Kathy Smallwood Quarter Horses in Pilot Point, Texas or check out more pictures of her and her siblings at www.kathysmallwoodquarterhorses.com.

Goodie is one of the prettiest mares you will find with one of the prettiest heads! Her grandsire being the famous Zippos Mr Good Bar, she is bred to produce. Her first couple foals are hitting the show pen now under saddle. She had a foal in 2013 and was not bred back due to her being shown in open and 4H shows. Take a look at her bloodlines if you want to raise one of those top pleasure horses. Goodie is very kind, correct and sound with no vices.

THREE IN ONE Package! This own daughter of Good Version sells with a foal in utero by One Hot Krymsun and with a breeding back to One Hot Krymsun or to Red White N Good for the 2015 breeding season. (No booking fee if used in 2015.) Mare also sells with a LFG for the 2015 foal if needed. Checked safe in foal with a heartbeat at 30 days and again at 60 days.
This mare is an easy breeder and an easy keeper. She is the dam of only 3 foals but only because her previous owner battled cancer most of the mare's life. She was only bred for those 3 foals. This year she was bred once and in foal. Classic breeding cycles made her an easy breeder. No Regumate or progesterone. No caslicks. No vices. Sound. Can live outside or inside with no issues.
The One Hot Krymsun foal she will have in less than 6 months should be a very good one. The Good Version mares are proving to be great broodmares and have been outstanding crosses on One Hot Krymsun. (Some examples: One Hot Drama Mama, Congress Champion and Reserve Champion, Top 10 AQHA World Show, Multiple AQHA High Point Awards, 1000+ points. Dont Kry For Me, 125+ points, multiple ROM, Congress top 10. One Hot Goods, 300+ points, multiple superior, multiple year end top ten, Congress top ten.)

2012 Bay Filly (Good Cowboy Margarita x Invite Her To Dance) Consigned by Joy Morgan- Westbrook Farm
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
Beautiful dark bay Good Cowboy Margarita filly out of an Invitation Only mare. Pretty mover, sweet disposition, and will make a nice western pleasure prospect. Her dam is out of a mare with 26 western pleasure points. Margo has excellent conformation, & should make a competitive western pleasure and later western riding show mare with her natural lead change ability.
She was an April foal and a little smaller than the others so we opted to let her grow & develop more this summer and start her under saddle this Fall. Great opportunity to start this filly the way you'd like with the trainer of your choice.

1994 Palomino Mare (Starpion x Skips Missy Gold) Consigned by Lorraine Wharton .
Bred to COOLX (QH). Vet checked in foal Aug. 13, 2014
"Angel" was quite a show mare in her time. She has earned 164 PHBA halter points and 16 PHBA western pleasure points. She was twice Top 5 at the PHBA World Show, both times her two-year-old year, in halter mares and in amateur halter mares. In 2012, she foaled a palomino frame overo colt by a Zippos Sensation son, in 2013 she foaled a sorrel overo filly by the same stallion, and this year produced a sorrel colt by CoolX, the stallion she is bred to again. That colt was foaled in March and she conceived on foal heat via live cover. She is a little lean still from just weaning that colt the last week of July.
Angel is sound with no obvious signs of arthritis. She is on no maintenance supplements or medications or injections and is barefoot. She is a sweetheart to handle on the ground and has no vices and is easy to catch and do anything with.
She has mainly been a broodmare since her early years and has only been intermittently ridden. She's pretty easy at the walk and trot but will need an experienced rider to fit her for the lope again as she has her own opinions about ending the long vacation she's been on, but I wanted you to see how she moves and that she still has some semblance of under-saddle memory. This riding video was taken in 2012 and she wasn't ridden since then until she actually was briefly ridden last week and, again, did fine at the walk and trot after a full two-year hiatus from being ridden.
She is in foal to CoolX (pictured), five-panel negative Skipa Star grandson, 16.0 hands and coal black. Angel is an extremely young 20-year-old and has plenty of riding and baby-making left in her future.

2009 Sorrel Mare (Steady Tradition x Hails Classy Lady) Consigned by Ellie Powell .
Gorgeous five year old sorrel mare with light roaning in her flanks and a coon tail. Classy is very talented, she was rode as a two and three year old then has had six months professional cowhorse training.A great mover with quality eye appeal, Classy holds herself very well. She took a year off to have her first foal and is now ready to be finished and hit the show pen or would make a great addition to any breeding program. Shes very soft, super cowy, with a ton of feel. Her willing attitude and physical ability give her career options in reining, cowhorse, or even ranch horse events. Super sound mentally and physically! Classy has proven herself to be a great mother and a lady to handle. Classy has been five panel tested (N/N for all). Produce record: dam of --2014 colt by Chic Olena Smart.

Kochise is a flashy sorrel stallion by Telasecret (sire of World Champions and Futurity winners) and the great mare My Amazin Gracie. He stands 16.2 hands tall and is very correct and good minded.
He was a World Show qualifier in amateur and open as a yearling stallion and has a very bright showing future. He is also eligible for the 2YO Open class at the Breeders Halter Futurity.
He is a very nice horse and current owners are not interested in showing a stud and moving forward into the breeding business. Kochise can be seen at Staton Show Horses in Madisonville, Kentucky.

2005 Bay Mare (Blazin Hot x Chrome Credentials) Consigned by Jeff McDaniel .
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
This mare was bred to be a western pleasure horse. Her sire is the famous BLAZING HOT, who has several AQHA western pleasure points and is a NSBA money earner of over $28,000. Her dam has western pleasure points in the AQHA and PHBA as well as NSBA money. Chrome has been a family horse all her life and is very well trained. Her walk, jog and lope are very nice. Her transitions and stops also would make her easy to show in the Ranch Pleasure. She has been ridden out on the ranch, as well as being hauled to different farms and arenas. Very easy mare to handle, on her back or on the ground. Super attractive, no vices, and is sound. See her video.

2005 Chestnut Mare (Green With Invy x Ariels Key (TB)) Consigned by Lorraine Wharton .
Bred to INVITE THE ARTIST. Vet checked in foal Aug 13.
Record: Bred to INVITE THE ARTIST.
"Olive" is a very sweet mare and is highly trained and responsive to ride, and has shown hunt seat and western pleasure at open shows, 4-H shows, and the like. She is sound as far as her legs and eyes go, but she was recently diagnosed as having very early COPD changes (no "heave line" and no coughing, but larger-than-normal nostril posturing and approx 50% increased respirations, per vet). She is safe in foal to Invite The Artist, APHA homozygous son of Special Invitation, for what will be her first foal.
She has been vacationing for a year and I bought her both for the foal she carries AND because I wanted to show her; however, in the area I live, the COPD is going to be make it contrary to her best interests to be competed in our dusty rings at the open shows around my area and so my plans for her aren't going to be possible. Therefore, I she is entered into this auction. This video is very recent - and remember, she's been off work for a year so she's a little rusty - but she's quiet and sensible and very responsive. Again, she shouldn't be ridden in dusty arenas but this is where I had the opportunity to take this video and wanted to show she was well-broke and rideable. She should have a stunning foal that will definitely be a tobiano and have regular-registry APHA papers. She is very mannerly and easy to tie, bathe, etc. and is a wonderful mare.

Longe Line Winner
Record: Longe Line Winner
This is a beautiful filly with loads of talent. She won every longe line class she was in last year. Handled the show better than most aged horses. "Koda" was squaring up on her own when you turned and faced her as a weanling. Very smart, well mannered, and easy to get along with. Loads, clips, and will stand quietly at the trailer all day. She has been worked under saddle with absolutely no buck or tail tucked. Has been ridden once at this time and will continue to be worked until sold. Athletic and will track a cow. Has the talent to go in any direction.
