2005 Chestnut Gelding (Im Fine Lee x Encores Music) Consigned by Ken Hill - hill top farms.
Superior Halter - Registered with AQHA, APHA, PtHA
Record: Superior Halter
Breed Incentives: APHA Breeders Trust
This Gelding is a gorgeous triple registered: AQHA, APHA, PtHA and is a money earner in Breeders Trust. With APHA he has 65 open halter points, 9 amateur points and 12 youth points a total of 17 from this year alone. He has 11 grand and 8 reserve championships. In PtHA he has 16 halter points recorded with 6 pending from a May 2013 show. He has 2 grands and 2 reserves from a total of 2 shows.
This 17hh big boned solid gentle gelding can be shown by anyone. A 14 year old young man new to showing showed him this year without trouble and in his video on face book an 11 year old young lady is riding him and handling him on the ground. In the show arena he is unflappable regardless of how other horses are behaving. Im pretty sure he actually poses for pictures.
Noteablee Fine is extremely quiet especially for a halter horse. He clips, loads, bathes, ties and stands for the farrier without twitching or any other aides. He is gentle with other horses and is turned out each day with much smaller companions. He has never kicked, bitten, bucked, reared or even threatened to. This big guy is a gentle giant with great potential as a hunt seat or hunter jumper. He is also around cows and with his weight and speed, and he can really move, he is faster than any other horse we have, he could easily be a header or heeler. He is a non-symptomatic N/H.He is an easy keeper, good stall and ground manners and he is used for kids to learn the hunter movement and how to post.

Top Ten Dixie National Green Hunter Under Saddle
Record: Top Ten Dixie National Green Hunter Under Saddle
AQHA/ PHBA 2004 All Around Palomino Gelding For Sale. Zips Dreamy Dude (Zipper) is a beautiful palomino that stands 16 hands tall. He excels in HUS and pattern classes. Zipper has been shown in western pleasure, hunter under saddle, horsemanship, equation, showmanship, and halter. In 2012, he placed in the top ten at the Dixie National Quarter Horse Show in Green Hunter Under Saddle. He consistently places in the top ten in large AQHA classes.
Zipper would make a great horse for a youth or amateur. He is quiet and kind, and anyone can ride him. He clips, stalls, loads, bathes, cross ties, stands for farrier, and is quiet at shows. He is up to date on all vaccines and is wormed regularly. He has no soundness issues and will ride without shoes. He does wear a cribbing collar. The only reason he is being sold is, because I have a yearling that I want to focus on. Thank you for your consideration!

SUNSET DIPPED N PINK Lilly is a two year-old filly by the Pink Pussycat: 5x futurity winner, huntseat ROM, by the incredible huntseat sire BSB Big Leaguer; out of a Docs Pay mare. This is a big, sound filly, currently sticking at 15.1 at the withers and growing like a weed. Her siblings all finished at or over 16 hands. Mahogany bay with roaning on her hind end and lots of white. She ties, stands to be groomed, stands for the farrier, and is good for bath time. She is homebred and has never left the farm. An intelligent young horse with a gentle, quiet nature, Lilly has the attitude and athleticism to do anything in the world. Shes a big moving filly that is sure to get you noticed. She has been ground-worked, saddled, and sat on twice without event. Everything we have asked her to do, she has done willingly and caught on quickly. NCHA COA $11,008.04
Record: NCHA COA $11,008.04
Justa Smokin Bob is a 9 year old gelding. He is a sorrel that stands 14.3 hands total. He has no vices and is a great horse to be around. He is truly a great cutting horse that loves his job. He has received a Certificate of Ability from the NCHA and has won over $10,000 in the NCHA. One of the best things about this horse is that he does not require being at a trainer full time. I keep him legged up at home by loping him and working on a flag. About 3 or 4 days before a show I let a trainer work him on a few cows and he is ready to show. If you have cattle at home you can do it yourself. He is a versatile horse, capable fo meeting your needs whether you are a beginner cutter or experienced cutter.

He ties, is good for the farrier and vet, bathes, loads, and clips with a twitch. Banjo had some cutting training as a younger horse and would make a good team penning horse with some training. 2002 Bay Stallion (Principle Investment x EBG Rositas Hobby) Consigned by Stacey Tucker .
Point Earner - NEW Video & NEW Pictures
Record: Point Earner
Breed Incentives: AQHA Incentive Fund
Breeders Dream. This handsome 15.3 hand bay AQHA IF Stallion by Principle Investment is now available for sale to the public. If you are looking to add quality bloodlines to a breeding program, he is perfect. Principle Decision, aka Sam is easy to maintain and to breed. High sperm concentrations and ships great. Sam is a proven producer of quality foals. In addition, he has a calm and gentle disposition that passes on to his foals.
Sam was started under saddle as a two year old and excelled in Western Pleasure. He was named Arizonas Top Jr Western Pleasure horse as a two year old and three year old. He was shown in a few local futurities and was always a champion. Very easy to start under saddle. Gorgeous mover, very flat and exhibits a low hock. His show career came to a quick end due to an injury to his hock he acquired while turned-out in a pasture. He was used as a breeding stallion after that with very limited mares. Therefore, he has not been over used or stressed in anyway. Currently, he seems to travel quite soundly. Sam is not in any pain and does not require any maintenance.
Sam has not been used as a breeding stallion for over three years because the owner was going through a divorce. Sam is healthy and ready to get back into a breeding program. He crosses great with pleasure bloodlines such as Zippo Pine Bar, Invitation Only, and Barpasser. Due to his athletic ability and floaty stride he would be ideal to cross with Hunter type horses/ Paints/ Appaloosas/ and Arabians. His foals have been very versatile. Some have been used for Roping/ Western Pleasure/ Trail/ Showmanship/ Hunter Under Saddle/ Lounge Line/ Jumping/ and Dressage. Even one foal was nominated into Barrel Racing Futurities. So as you can see the possibilities are many when choosing the broodmare type to cross with him. 90% of the time he puts a blaze on his foals like it is his stamp. Its not too late...This is a great time to get a breeding stallion because you have plenty of time to nominate into stallion futurities and breed incentive funds. Sam is very special and it has been a hard decision to sell him.
Show record: AQHA Open Performance point earner.
Produce record: He is the sire of 18 registered foals from 4 foal crops registered. Two horses pictured are 3 year old offspring by Principle Decision. The bay is Sheza Glowing Decision and the roan is Ima Good Decision.

Cash is a super nice gelding with a great attitude. He is 15.1 now, string test shows over 16 hands. Hes in the AQHA IF, and eligible for the Halter Breeders Futurity and the Go for the Gold Futurities.
He is also registered with the PHBA's Palomino Bred Registry, so he's eligible for $$ there, too. The Palomino Bred Registry awards money based on PHBA points earned in Palomino Bred classes. Cash's dam is a Palomino, which made him eligible.
Cash is built and bred to be a winner, the only thing he needs is the opportunity, I simply have too many to haul and prefer showing PHBA. His dam is a proven broodmare, dam of AQHA Grands and his sire, Self Employed is the sire of many winners, including several AQHA World Champions, 51 ROM earners and 12 Superiors.
Cash has had the best start possible, great feeding program etc but never pushed. He is sane, sound, healthy and happy, ready to get a job!! He will also make a great Showmanship horse, he is joined up with me, just did it himself ... he'll turn, stop, walk, whatever I do, he does!
Give this great prospect a chance, he'll make you a winner, and when he does send me a win photo and I'll send you $100.

Multiple Futurity Winner
Record: Multiple Futurity Winner
Breed Incentives: APHA Breeders Trust
From the time he was pulled out of his mother, this colt has been big and growthy, and very special. Bling is an extremely quiet and gentle yearling gelding, he is very willing to please and easy to handle. The only thing he has ever been a problem with is clippers, and that is because he has only been clipped twice, so just not use to the noise and vibration.
Bling is sired by a Superior Halter horse with 161 APHA points, and out of a multiple ROM and point earning producing mare. We have owned his mom for many years.
Bling is the winner of multiple futurities, including PPHC (SC Paint Club) and the CPHC (NC Paint Club) Weanling colt futurities. Already castrated, so ready to get down to business with a lucky person. We dearly love this colt, and it took a lot of soul searching to offer him for sale, as I truly believe, as a long time breeder, this colt will end up being a star.....however, we have a baby filly born with congenital cataracts that needs surgery as early as possible, and also my husbands health is failing and we have to cut back, or this sweet young gelding would not be for sale.
This colt is big and growthy, and is going to be HUGE. He is just shy of 15 hands at the wither, and 15.2 at the hip, and string tests to a little more than 15.3.....I believe this colt will reach 16 hands. In an up stage right now, long and lanky, very hunt seat looking. Both this colts parents are very big and thick N/N horses......Bling is a long, sweepy flat kneed mover, and with his mind and size he could very well do not only Halter, but lounge line and All around events as well. If you want a good colt that knows all the basics, has been raised with love and affection, who already is a proven winner, here he is. Help yourself.....
