Brazil is a classically beautiful, well-structured mare who is kind and gentle. She was Reserve Site Champion at her 2011 AHHA Approvals. She is green broke to ride, but we have used her mainly as a broodmare. Her babies are big and strong, and have inherited her sweet disposition.

Brazil is by Love Affair, who is hailed for his wonderful temperament and ability to pass on his type and movement. He received his initial approval from the AHHA as a two-year old and hails from several top Holsteiner lines. His dam, Diana 23, was awarded state premium as a two year old and was a regional champion. His second dam, Jessika 2, produced the imported stallion Goodwill. This female line produced one of the leading sires of dressage horses in the world who stood at Rancho Corazon named Manchester. Love Affair traces back to the famous L-line stallion, Landgraf.

Brazil's damsire is Merano, who has produced multiple international competitors and is an important son of Merlin, judged Best Holsteiner Stallion in Germany in 1970.
