PSU Ima Rockin Chip, “Chip,” is best suited for western, all-around events. She is a talented mare with a phenomenal movement. This mare is more reactive under saddle and should have a more experienced rider at this time. We have her rating for riding and handling relatively high just because she is a more reactive 2 year old when ridden. She is quiet and easy to work with on the ground.

Each horse was born and raised at Penn State University. They are a part of the Equine Science Program and are taught basic ground handling skills such as grooming, leading, yielding to pressure, tying, picking up feet, and standing for the vet and farrier. They have been exposed to bathing, clipping, and loading/unloading on a stock trailer as well noises associated with football games and fireworks. During their time in this program, each horse has lived outside in mixed groups as well as stalled individually at night. The horses learn to round pen, lunge, and are green broke to walk, jog, and lope under saddle. They are worked with by a variety of students with various skill levels.

Her sire, PSU Dynamic Krymsun was a top ten congress performer in multiple classes and became the cornerstone of the Penn State breeding program. He produced many point-earning get including World Champion PSU Willy Be Krymsun. A son of NSBA Hall of Fame stallion One Hot Krymsun, PSU Dynamic Krymsun produced quality offspring for a variety of disciplines.

Her dam, MyChipsAreOnTheTable was a tremendous show mare accumulating over 275 AQHA points in her career. In all, this mare earned multiple ROM's in both Halter and Performance and placed 10th in Performance Halter Mares a the AQHA World Show. The combination of this sire and dam have consistently produced sought-after high-quality show horses.
