PSU Krymsun In Black, “Indy,” is a hunt seat, all-around prospect. She has the potential to move in many directions. This mare's full sibling, PSU Krymsun Shadow, has a superior hunter under saddle in youth and open as well as being a multiple top ten placer at the Quarter Horse Congress.

Each horse was born and raised at Penn State University. They are a part of the Equine Science Program and are taught basic ground handling skills such as grooming, leading, yielding to pressure, tying, picking up feet, and standing for the vet and farrier. They have been exposed to bathing, clipping, and loading/unloading on a stock trailer as well noises associated with football games and fireworks. During their time in this program, each horse has lived outside in mixed groups as well as stalled individually at night. The horses learn to round pen, lunge, and are green broke to walk, jog, and lope under saddle. They are worked with by a variety of students with various skill levels.

PSU Krymsun In Black is sired by PSU Dynamic Krymsun, a multiple top ten finisher in Green Western Riding and Performance Halter at the AQHA Congress. He was also an AQHA Region 5 Champion in Open Western Riding. He was the recipient of the PQHA Breeder Award from 2011-2017 and the Joyce Armstrong Memorial QIP Stallion Award. Additionally, PSU Dynamic Krymsun has produced multiple offspring that placed in the top ten at the AQHA Congress and AQHA World shows. His sire, One Hot Krymsun is an NSBA Hall of Fame Show Horse stallion.

PSU Krymsun In Black's full sibling PSU Krymsun Shadow is in the top 20 national standings, having multiple top 10 congress placings, and multiple circuit awards. He competes in hunter under saddle, equitation, horsemanship, pleasure, western riding, and halter classes.
